2022 SEC NOTICE BACOLOD EXTENSION OFFICE All corporations that intend to apply for an increase in authorized capital stock are hereby encouraged to file and submit their application on or before December 7, 2022 with SEC Bacolod Extension Office, to ensure that processing and approval of the said application will be approved within the year, assuming all documentary requirements are compliant. Applications submitted thereafter will still be processed but may not be prioritized as we are processing requests on a first in, first out basis.
