November 26, 2021 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : SEC Main Office Closed on 30 November 2021 and 2 December 2021 The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Main Office within the PICC Complex in Pasay City will be closed on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 , in commemoration of Bonifacio Day. The SEC Main Office will likewise be closed on Thursday, 2 December 2021 , pursuant to Republic Act No. 11140, declaring December 2 of every year a special nonworking holiday in Pasay City in celebration of its Foundation Day. The Commission's online services, including the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST), the Electronic Simplified Processing of Application for Registration of Company (eSPARC) and the Electronic System for Payment to the SEC (eSPAYSEC), will remain available to the public on said dates. Meanwhile, the receiving center and cashier in the Commission's former headquarters in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City will be open to the public on Thursday, 2 December 2021.
