March 17, 2020 SEC NOTICE Please be informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Main Office in Pasay City, as well as Extension Offices and Satellite Offices located within Luzon, is closed until further notice. This is pursuant to the imposition of an Enhanced Community Quarantine and Stringent Distancing Measures over the entire Luzon effective 12AM, 17 March 2020 and expiring on 12AM, 13 April 2020, as provided in a Memorandum issued by the Executive Secretary following the sharp increase in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases throughout the country. Relative thereto, please be informed that all scheduled biddings and processes are cancelled until further notice. The public is advised to monitor the Commission's website ( www.sec.gov.ph ) and official Facebook page (@PhilippineSEC) for more information and further announcements.
