April 8, 2019 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : Collection of Documentary Stamp Taxes (DST) Effective April 22, 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in compliance with Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended by the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law and as approved during Commission En Banc meeting on April 3, 2019, shall collect Documentary Stamp Tax amounting to Thirty Pesos (P30.00) for every certificate the SEC will issue.
