2021 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Online Submission of Beneficial Ownership Declaration Form Pursuant to Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 01, Series of 2021 (Beneficial Ownership Transparency Guidelines) Please be informed that the submission of the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Declaration Form (BOTD Form) pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2021 (MC No. 01, Series of 2021) for newly registered corporations and existing corporations can now be made online.
