2017 SEC NOTICE TO : All Capital Market Institutions and Professionals SUBJECT : Annual Fees Renewal of CMIs and CMPs Notice is hereby given to all concerned that the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) is now accepting applications for Annual Fees Renewal of Capital Market Institutions (CMIs) and Capital Market Professionals (CMPs). In order to avoid payment of penalties per SEC MC No. 03, series of 2017, you can now submit your applications manually to CRMD. You may also apply online via the web-based Capital Market Participants Registration System (URL: http://cmprs.sec.gov.ph) starting November 21, 2017.
