June 9, 2020 SEC NOTICE TO : Publicly Listed Companies SUBJECT : Online Workshop on Sustainability Reporting In light of the current situation regarding the outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the country, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in partnership with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), will conduct the Sustainability Reporting Workshop, scheduled on the following dates, covering the following topics: ENVIRONMENTAL TOPICS June 15 and 16, 2020 (Monday and Tuesday) 3:00-4:30 PM Materials Used by Weight or Volume Energy Consumption within the Organization Reduction of Energy Consumption Direct (Scope 1) GHG Emissions Energy Indirect (Scope 2) GHG Emissions Water Discharge by Quality and Destination SOCIAL TOPICS June 17 and 18, 2020 (Wednesday and Thursday) 3:00-4:30 PM New Employee Hires and Employee Turnover Workers Representation in Formal Joint Management-Worker Health and Safety Committees Types of Injury and Rates of Injury, Occupational Diseases, Lost Days, and Absenteeism, and Number of Work-Related Fatalities Programs for Upgrading Employee Skills and Transition Assistance Programs Diversity of Governance Bodies and Employees Operations and Suppliers at Significant Risk for Incidents of Child Labor Operations with Local Community Engagement, Impact Assessments, and Development Programs Substantiated Complaints Concerning Breaches of Customer Privacy and Losses of Customer Data through a webinar via Microsoft Teams. These webinars are intended to assist Publicly Listed Companies in preparing and finalizing their Sustainability Reports while protecting the public from the risks of being infected by the COVID-19. The workshops shall be on a first come, first served basis .
