2015 SEC NOTICE All corporations, Stock or Non-Stock, registered with the SEC, and Branch Offices, Representative Offices, Regional Headquarters and Regional Operating Headquarters of Foreign Corporations licensed by SEC to do business in the Philippines (collectively "corporations") whose current fiscal year ends on December 31, 2014 , may file their Audited Financial Statement (AFS) at the SEC Head Office at Mandaluyong City, SEC Satellite Office at Ali Mall, Quezon City, or SEC Extension Office at Davao, Cebu, Iloilo or Baguio , in accordance with the following rules: 1. At any time prior to April 13, 2015; and 2. Starting APRIL 13, 2015, filing dates shall depend on the last numerical digit of their SEC Registration or License Number, as follows: Date of Filing 2015 Last Digit April 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 1 or "2" April 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 3 or "4" April 27, 28, 29, 30 5 or "6" May 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 7 or "8" May 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 9 or "0" Corporations whose current fiscal year ends on a date other than DECEMBER 31, 2014, shall follow Section 3 of the SEC Guidelines on the imposition of fines or penalties for non-compliance with reportorial requirements dated July 31, 2002, (120 days from fiscal year-end). Filers may also file, according to the above schedule, through other options provided under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 23 series of 2014 accessible at the SEC website @ www.sec.gov.ph , as follows: 1. SEC EXPRESS NATIONWIDE SUBMISSION (SENS) with return copy 2. Courier of choice or Regular Mail without return copy The date of actual receipt by SEC shall be considered as the date of filing. DISTcH The General Information Sheet (GIS) which should be filed within 30 calendar days from actual date of the annual stockholders or members meeting is not covered by the number coding schedule.
