March 25, 2021 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Extension of Deadline to File Mandatory Declarations under Sections 6 and 7 of SEC MCNo. 01, Series of 2021 or "The Beneficial Ownership Transparency Guidelines" to 31 May 2021 In view of the requests from various stakeholders and to give the public more time to adjust to the new processes particularly on the online mode of submission, the Commission has extended the deadline for submission of all mandatory disclosures under Sections 6 and 7 of SEC MC No. 01, Series of 2021 to 31 May 2021 .
