March 22, 2017 SEC NOTICE TO : All Microfinance NGOs SUBJECT : Accreditation Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10693 or the Microfinance NGOs Act To assist the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council in the implementation of Republic Act No. 10693 or the Microfinance NGOs Act, all Microfinance NGOs (MF-NGOs) are enjoined to submit their corporate names and contact information to the Corporate Governance and Finance Department (CGFD) of this Commission, within fifteen (15) days from the date hereof, by way of any of the following: HTcAD Letter North Wing Hall, Ground Floor, Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Vicente Sotto Street, 1307 Pasay City Email [emailprotected] ; [emailprotected] ; [emailprotected] Phone (02) 818-9227; 818-5476 All MF-NGOs which complied with our Notice dated 27 November 2015 need not comply with the foregoing.
