2022 SEC NOTICE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Please be informed that effective September 26, 2022 the account to be enrolled in Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST) shall be subjected for review before it will be activated. In this process, it is recommended that information to be declared or enrolled and required documents to be submitted/uploaded are consistent, correct and in proper order. Procedures on enrollment and submission of reportorial requirements is provided in the video material available in the eFAST portal and SEC website. For guidance and reference. Thank you.
