2022 SEC NOTICE The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Main Office within the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Complex in Pasay City, as well as the new SEC Headquarters along Makati Avenue in Makati City, is temporarily closed on Thursday, 30 June 2022 , in light of the inauguration of the 17th President of the Republic of the Philippines. All guests who will attend the inauguration will first proceed to PICC Forum to undergo antigen testing before they are transported to the National Museum of the Philippines, where President-elect Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. will take his oath of office. In furtherance of the inauguration ceremonies, several roads within the proximity of the PICC Complex and the National Museum will be closed, and the flow of traffic will be rerouted. In addition, heightened security measures will be implemented by the Philippine National Police in the areas. Moreover, the City Government of Pasay has declared 30 June 2022 as a special non-working holiday in the city to give way to the inauguration of the President. In view of the foregoing, the SEC will suspend work in its main office in Pasay City and new headquarters in Makati City on 30 June 2022. However, the Commission will continue to accept and process applications and other transactions through its online facilities. For your information and guidance.
