December 5, 2016 SEC NOTICE The Securities and Exchange Commission is pleased to inform the general public that the SEC Muntinlupa Satellite Office will start to operate on Monday, December 5, 2016. Located at the Government Center, City Hall of Muntinlupa, National Road, Putatan, Muntinlupa City, the Satellite Office will be open from Mondays to Fridays, at 8:00 o'clock a.m. to 5:00 o'clock p.m. The services that will be offered shall include the following; i. Name verification/reservation; ii. Pre-processing of registration applications of corporations and partnerships including licensing of foreign corporations; iii. Pre-processing of applications for amendments of corporations and partnerships; iv. Monitoring of corporations' compliance with SEC reportorial requirements; v. Receiving of reportorial requirements; vi. Issuance of Certification of No Derogatory Information; and vii. Other services related to the foregoing. CAIHTE
