April 4, 2017 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : SEC Roundtable Discussion on the Code of Corporate Governance for Publicly-Listed Companies The SEC, in partnership with the International Finance Corporation, will be conducting Roundtable Discussions on the Code of Corporate Governance for Publicly-Listed Companies on April 20 and May 10 and 11 (8:30AM-12:00NN) at the Philippine International Convention Center, PICC Complex, Pasay City . HTcADC The roundtable discussion is free of charge and will focus on orienting PLCs on the good corporate governance practices recommended in the new Code of Corporate Governance.
