October 14, 2022 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Transfer of Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) and Corporate Adjudication Division (CAD) to the New SEC Headquarters Office Please be informed that starting 17 October 2022 (Monday), the Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) and Corporate Adjudication Division (CAD) will transfer to its new office located at 4th Floor, SEC Headquarters, 7907 Makati Avenue, Salcedo Village, Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City 1209 . All CFRD and CAD transactions shall be announced once available. Receiving and releasing of all applications shall REMAIN at SEC Robinsons Galleria Satellite Office .
