February 5, 2018 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : Compact Disc (CD) and/or USB Distribution of SEC Form 20-IS All companies requesting to submit their Definitive Information Statement (SEC Form 20-IS) to shareholders in Compact Disc (CD) and/or USB Format prior to their scheduled Annual Stockholders' Meeting are reminded to register first with the Optical Media Board (OMB) since the distribution of the CDs and/or USBs must be in accordance with the requirement of the OMB on the registration and licensing of service providers that will reproduce the company's Definitive Information Statement in compact discs, pursuant to the Section 13 of Republic Act No. 9239 or the Optical Media Act of 2003. Please note that only requests with a registration number from the OMB shall be processed by the Commission. Issued on February 5, 2018.
