June 20, 2019 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : Roundtable Discussion on IOSCO Audit Committee Best Practices and Rules on Material Related-Party Transactions The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) would like to invite you to a Roundtable Discussion (RTD) from 9:00am-12:00noon at the 3/F SEC Commission En Banc Room, Secretariat Building PICC Complex, Atang dela Rama Street, Pasay City . The roundtable discussion shall be on July 3, 5, 10 and 12, 2019 . The objective of the discussion is to apprise the Audit Committees of Publicly-Listed Companies on the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO) Audit Committee Best Practices and provide guidance on SEC Memorandum Circular No. 10, Series 2019, Rules on Material Related-Party Transactions. The RTD is free of charge and only participants from PLCs shall be accepted. Registration shall be on a First Come, First Served basis and limited to two (2) representatives per PLC (Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of either the Audit or RPT Committee) .
