March 19, 2018 SEC NOTICE NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT The Securities and Exchange Commission wishes to announce to the public that ALLIED CARE EXPERTS (ACE) MEDICAL CENTER-CEBU, INC. has entered into a settlement agreement with the Commission. The total settlement offer amounting to ELEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php11,481,000.00) has been accepted by the Commission in SEC Resolution No. 118, s. of 2018. This notice is in compliance with Section 55.3 (Settlement Offers) of Republic Act No. 8799, otherwise known as The Securities Regulation Code , which states that "any agreement to settle shall have no legal effect until publicly disclosed." Thus, the case is now deemed settled, without any determination of fault or guilt on the part of ALLIED CARE EXPERTS (ACE) MEDICAL CENTER-CEBU, INC. Pasay City, March 19, 2018. aScITE
