September 1, 2019 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : 6th SEC-PSE Corporate Governance Forum The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), in partnership with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Australian Government, would like to invite you to the 6th SEC-PSE Corporate Governance Forum , with the theme "Sustainable Businesses: Taking the lead in Achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals," on 25 October 2019, Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM , at the Meeting Room 1, Philippine International Convention Center, PICC Complex, Pasay City . The objective of this forum is to create awareness among Philippine corporations on the value added by embracing Sustainability in their businesses and its corresponding impact to business and economic growth. The topics covered are "Private and Public Sectors' Contribution to Paris Agreement," "Financial Impacts of Climate Change" and "Updates on the Revised Corporation Code Relative to Corporate Governance . " A registration fee of Php3,000.00 per participant will be charged.
