June 25, 2020 SEC NOTICE TO : All Researchers SUBJECT : Request for (1) Statistics, Reports and Data; (2) Top 1000 Corporations Publication; and, (3) Certificate of Company Rank in the Top 1000 Corporations In compliance with public health standards and alternative work arrangements for the mitigation of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the following guidelines are hereby adopted for the processing of subject request. HTcADC I. Coverage These guidelines cover public request for: 1. Statistics, reports and/or data (SRD); 2. Top 1000 Corporations publication; and 3. Issuance of a Certificate of Company Rank in the Top 1000 Corporations. II. Submission of Request 1. All requests may be filed via email to [emailprotected] , as follows: Subject Line of Email Particulars to be provided by the Requesting Party a) SRD 1 Information about the Requesting Party - Name - Address - Contact number - Email address Purpose of the request Details of requested SRD - period covered - industry covered - geographical location covered - specific data elements requested b) Top 1000 Corporations publication Information about the Requesting Party - Name - Address - Contact number - Email Address Purpose of the request Fiscal Year covered c) Certification of Company Rank in the Top 1000 Information about the Requesting Party or authorized representative - Name - Address - Contact number - Email Address Purpose of the request Fiscal Year covered Signed company endorsement/authorization letter indicating the name of the person(s) who will file the request and/or claim the Certification III. Processing of Payments 1. The Economic Research and Statistics Division (ERSD), through email address [emailprotected] , will acknowledge receipt of the request and send an advice on the amount to be paid. 2. To confirm the transaction, the requesting party shall send back a message "It is okay to proceed. Please send the signed Payment Assessment Form (PAF)." 3. The ERSD will send the signed PAF to the requesting party through email. 4. The requesting party shall present the signed PAF when paying through any of the following payment options: a) Selected LandBank Branches < Click here for the list of selected LandBank Branches and related details .> b) SEC Building in EDSA, Mandaluyong City (near corner Ortigas Avenue) Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM to 2:00PM c) SEC Main Office at the Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Pasay City Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM 5. Once paid, the requesting party shall email a copy of the Official Receipt (OR) in Portable Document Format (PDF) to [emailprotected]. IV. Releasing of Requests 1. For requests for soft copy of SRD, Top 1000 Corporations publication or Certification of Company Rank, these will be released via email within the day of receipt of the OR, or the next working day if the OR is received on a weekend or holiday. 2. For requests for Top 1000 Corporations in USB flash drive, this will be released by appointment, within there working days upon receipt of the OR. Please wait for an emailed confirmation from [emailprotected] on the appointed date and time for claiming the request at the Economic Research and Training Department (ERTD), G/F West Wing of the SEC Main Office. Please bring a copy of the original OR for reference. aScITE 3. For request for hard copy of the Certification of Company Rank, the procedure in Item IV.2 above applies. In addition, the duly authorized person claiming the document must present his/her company ID with picture. Footnotes 1. Processing times for SRDs: a) Simple requests: 30 minutes; b) Complex request 5 days, 3 hours; and c) Highly technical requests: 15 days, 4 hours.
