June 30, 2020 SEC NOTICE TARLAC EXTENSION OFFICE The Securities and Exchange Commission-Tarlac Extension Office (SEC-TEO) will be closed to the public starting TUESDAY, June 30, 2020 until further notice. The SEC-TEO will be closed to facilitate disinfection of the office premises, after ONE (1) personnel tested positive in rapid antibody tests for COVID-19 administered on Monday, June 29, 2020. HTcADC Said personnel is currently under strict home quarantine and will continuously be monitored and shall also undergo confirmatory tests for COVID-19. The SEC-TEO shall temporarily stop receiving printed reports such as Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and the General Information Sheet (GIS), and other documents, while it shifts to alternative work arrangements, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Civil Service Commission.
