2022 SEC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Commission En Banc in its meeting on 28 June 2022 resolved to approve Financial Reporting Bulletin (FRB) No. 21, the details of which are as follows : Bulletin No. Date Subject Matter Clarification/Details 21 28 June 2022 Supplemental Written Statement The provisions of Part I, Section (3) (F) of the Revised SRC Rule 68, regarding the submission of Supplemental Written Statement of Auditor, shall not be applicable to One Person Corporations or OPC.
