2019 SEC NOTICE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT Please be informed that the SEC BAC Chairman and Vice-Chairman is on official leave and official business respectively for the bid opening scheduled today, June 17, 2019 for the projects mentioned below. Section 29 of the 2016 IRR of RA 9184 provides: "In case the bids cannot be opened as scheduled due to justifiable reasons, the BAC shall take custody of the bids submitted and reschedule the opening of bids on the next working day or at the soonest possible time through the issuance of a Notice of Postponement to be posted in the PhilGEPS and website of the Procuring Entity concerned."
