2017 SEC NOTICE The Company Registration System (CRS) will be launched on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. The CRS is the online registration of corporations and companies, issuance of certificates of authority of lending and financing companies and licensing of foreign corporations. On November 24, 2017, the CRS shall be fully operational. The launching of the Company Registration System (CRS) signifies the gradual shift from the i-Register , the online name verification facility of the Commission. On November 21, 2017, the SEC i-Register will be shut down. Thus, over the counter name verification transactions at the SEC Head Office at PICC, SEC Extension Offices and SEC Satellite Offices will no longer be available. The facility to check the availability of company names is already integrated with the CRS. The applicant-registrant can log in at the CRS web portal at crs.sec.gov.ph and create an account to start the name verification process. The CRS is equipped with an online payment facility provided the applicant has a Land Bank and/or BancNet account. The applicant has also the option to pay at the Cashier at SEC, PICC, Pasay City. Thank you.
