SEC Certification Examinations Schedule at the Main Office and Application Procedure

June 5, 2020 SEC NOTICE TO : All SEC Certification Examinations Applicants SUBJECT : SEC Certification Examinations Schedule at the Main Office and Application Procedure In view of the implementation of General Community Quarantine in the National Capital Region, the Securities and Exchange Commission will resume the conduct of SEC Certification Examinations at the Main Office. In compliance with public health standards for the mitigation of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the following are the revised schedule, application process and payment options for the SEC Certification Examinations. I. Examination Schedule Days : Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday starting 22 June 2020 Time : 10:00 am Venue : SEC Examination Room 3/F Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City II. Examination Application by Email 1. The Application Form may be downloaded from the SEC website: http://www.sec.gov.ph/2020ertdform_application-forms-phase-1-and-2/ 2. The duly accomplished and signed Application Form, and a scanned copy of valid identification (ID) card, should be submitted through electronic mail to [emailprotected] at least 10 working days prior to the preferred examination date. 3. The Application Form should be in Portable Document Format (PDF). The use of electronic signature, as well as that of ID picture taken through ID photo maker applications, is accepted. 4. If any of the preferred examination dates is available, the applicant will receive an email notification from [emailprotected] with attached Application Receipt confirming the examination date, Payment Assessment Form (PAF) and Examination Guidelines. Applicants from provinces are advised to wait for this email before booking their travel. 5. If none of the preferred examination dates is available, the applicant will receive an email notification from [emailprotected] on available examination dates that he/she may choose from. Upon receipt of the applicant's reply, the application will proceed as indicated in Item 4 above. III. Examination Fee Payment Options Applicants may present the PAF and pay the examination fee through any of the following options: 1. Selected Land Bank Branches Payment must be done at least a day prior to the scheduled date of examination. Click here for the list of selected Land Bank Branches and other details. 2. SEC Office in Ortigas, EDSA, Mandaluyong City Payment must be done at least a day prior to the scheduled date of examination. Open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Click here for more details. 3. SEC Main Office in PICC Complex, Pasay City Payment may be done on the date of examination. However, the applicant must arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the examination for the processing of payment.
