February 28, 2019 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT Effectivity of Revised Corporation Code Please be informed that Republic Act No. 11232 otherwise known as the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines took effect on February 23, 2019 , upon completion of its publication in Manila Bulletin and the Business Mirror, on Saturday, February 23, 2019. TIADCc This is pursuant to Section 188 of the RA 11232 which provides that "SEC. 188. Effectivity. This Act shall take effect upon completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation." For your guidance.
