August 16, 2023 SEC NOTICE ERRATUM: NOTICE ON THE DISCLAIMER AND NON-AFFILIATION OF MR. NIO WENDEL I. CATULPOS DATED 20 DECEMBER 2022 This is to inform the public of an error in the SEC Notice on the Disclaimer and Non-Affiliation of MR. NIO WENDEL I. CATULPOS, dated 20 December 2022, posted on the SEC website. HTcADC In the Notice, 'DATA ANALYST' was erroneously written instead of 'FRONTLINE SERVICE ASSISTANT' as Mr. Catulpo's former position under Contract of Service at the SEC Cebu Extension Office. Be that as it may, the public is continually advised to exercise extreme caution when engaging or transacting with Mr. Catulpos on all SEC matters. ALL ACTIVITIES AND/OR TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM ARE NOT IN ANY WAY ATTACHED TO THE COMMISSION and MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO OUR AGENCY FOR APPROPRIATE ACTION. Issued on August 16, 2023.
