February 23, 2009 SEC NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that LEGACY HY FUND, INC., LEGACY GS FUND, INC. and LEGACY TD FUND, INC. have already ceased operations. All persons who purchased common shares from said companies are advised to immediately furnish the Commission with information on their present and complete address and contact number/s together with a copy of their Stock Certificates.
