2012 SEC NOTICE The Commission intends to issue Rules and Regulations on Exchange Traded Funds (ETF Rules) . For this purpose, the Commission is soliciting comments from market participants and interested parties on the proposed ETF Rules. Parties are encouraged to indicate the specific section and provision in the ETF Rules to which their comments pertain. Please address your comments to the SEC Technical Working Group on ETF Rules c/o Market Regulation Department, 6th Floor, SEC Building, EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City, not later than 12:00 noon, August 6, 2012 .
