May 17, 2019 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : Sustainability Reporting Workshops The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in partnership with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) would like to invite you to a series of workshops at the 6/F PSE Tower, 5th Avenue corner 28th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City . The workshops on each sector shall be on the following dates: June 7, 2019 Consumer and Retail Sector June 10, 2019 Financials Sector June 14, 2019 Oil and Mining Sector June 17, 2019 Infrastructure Sector The objective of these workshops is to prepare and assist the Publicly-Listed Companies in answering the Sustainability Reporting Template prescribed in SEC Memorandum Circular No. 4, Series 2019, requiring the submission of their Sustainability Reports by April 2020. The event is free of charge and only participants from PLCs shall be accepted. Registration shall be on a First Come, First Served basis and limited to one (1) representative per PLC. Please be reminded that participant shall only be allowed to attend the session where the PLC's sector is included.
