April 5, 2018 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : Submission of SEC Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR) All publicly-listed companies are reminded of the deadline for submission of the 2017 SEC Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR) on or before 30 May 2018 . The I-ACGR should be a separate submission from the companies' Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A). However, the companies are not precluded from attaching the I-ACGR to their Annual Report if they choose to do so. In the Corporate Governance section of the Annual Report, the companies may just refer to their I-ACGR or indicate that this portion has been deleted pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 5, Series of 2013.
