December 14, 2023 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : System Maintenance of SEC eSPARC Please be informed that the SEC Electronic Simplified Processing of Application for Registration of Company (eSPARC) will not be available from 8:00 PM of December 15, 2023 (Friday) until 8:00 PM of December 17, 2023 (Sunday), for scheduled system upgrade and maintenance. SDAaTC In relation to this, we encourage applicants to complete and submit all registration applications ahead of the scheduled system maintenance.
