October 28, 2021 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Special Non-Working Holiday in Negros Occidental in Observance of Cinco de Noviembre or Negros Day This is to inform the public that on NOVEMBER 5, 2021, SEC BACOLOD EXTENSION OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED in observance of CINCO DE NOVIEMBRE or NEGROS DAY.
