July 8, 2016 SEC NOTICE SUBJECT : SEC Corporate Governance Forum The SEC will be conducting a Corporate Governance Forum on August 3, 2016 (Wednesday) at the Summit Hall C and D, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), PICC Complex, Pasay City from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Attendance to said Forum shall be considered as compliance with the training requirement for directors and key officers and the roundtable discussion requirement for ITP speakers/lecturers under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 20, Series of 2013 and SEC Memorandum Circular No. 2, Series of 2015, respectively. A registration fee of Php2,500.00 per participant will be charged.
