2020 SEC NOTICE SEMINARS ON ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING/COMBATING THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM (AML/CFT) COMPLIANCE FOR SEC REGISTERED CORPORATIONS AND INVESTOR PROTECTION Notice is hereby given that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will be conducting free public seminars on Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance and investor protection at the Breezeway, 3rd Floor, Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Pasay City on the following schedules: 18 MARCH 2020 (Wednesday) For: Stock Corporations 8:30 AM Gender and Development Investment Scams Basic AML/CFT Concepts SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2019 (2019 Revision of the GIS) For: Non-Stock Corporations 1:30 PM Gender and Development Investment Scams Basic AML/CFT Concepts SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2019 (2019 Revision of the GIS) SEC Memorandum Circular No. 25, Series of 2019 (2019 NPO Guidelines) Qualified to participate are duly authorized representatives of SEC Registered Corporations, both Stock and Non-Stock. Due to limited slots, only one (1) participant per corporation will be accommodated. Pre-registration is required. Attendance is on a "first come, first served" basis.
