September 8, 2016 SEC NOTICE DOWNLOADABLE STOCK AND TRANSFER BOOK (STB) AND MEMBERSHIP BOOK (MB) The public is hereby informed that the Commission En Banc, pursuant to SEC Resolution No. 546, series of 2016, has authorized the downloading of the Stock and Transfer Book (STB) and Membership Book (MB) from the SEC website, which are registrable only at the SEC Satellite Offices in 1) Ali Mall, Cubao, Quezon City; 2) SM North, Quezon City; 3) Robinson's Galleria, Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City; and 4) SM Manila, City of Manila. A set of the downloadable Stock and Transfer Book is composed of sixty (60) pages excluding the first page as the registration page thereof. A set of the downloadable Membership Book is composed of thirty (30) pages excluding the registration page thereof. Each page of the STB or MB shall be certified correct by the Corporate Secretary of the corporation. aTHCSE
