April 13, 2015 SEC NOTICE TO : All Publicly-Listed Companies SUBJECT : Corporate Governance Workshop on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) The Securities and Exchange Commission is holding a Corporate Governance Workshop on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard on 23 April 2015, 8:00AM-12:00NN at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Avenue corner Asian Development Bank Avenue, Ortigas Center, Quezon City. All publicly-listed companies (PLCs) who have not previously attended the corporate governance roundtable discussions held by the Commission are invited to attend. A fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) will be charged from each participant. Participants are also requested to bring a laptop. Please call up Ms. Vivien Verano at (02)5846103 or email [emailprotected] by Monday, 20 April 2015 to confirm attendance. Limited slots are available and attendance will be on a first come, first served basis. Accordingly, the full cooperation and attendance of PLCs are expected in this workshop.
