February 24, 2017 SEC-MSRD ORDER NO. 5, S. 2017 IN THE MATTER OF CONSOLIDATED MINES, INC. ORDER OF REVOCATION Records of this Commission show that CONSOLIDATED MINES, INC. committed numerous violations under the Securities Regulation Code. Considering that the status of the Registration Statement cannot be determined with certainty due to the company's non-compliance with the reportorial requirements, the Registration Statement is no longer updated to the prejudice of investors. HTcADC In its meeting on January 21, 2016, the Commission En Banc resolved to REVOKE the effectivity of company's Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities to the Public, in accordance with Section 13.1 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC) without prejudice to the filing of new/updated registration statement. This Order shall not exempt the company from its reporting obligations under the SRC and its Implementing Rules and Regulations if its total assets is at least Fifty Million Pesos (P50,000,000.00) and has at least Two Hundred (200) stockholders each holding at least One Hundred (100) shares, pursuant to Section 17.2 of the Securities Regulation Code. Let this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines and on the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
