May 13, 2015 SEC-MSRD ORDER NO. 20, S. 2015 IN THE MATTER OF CHEMREZ TECHNOLOGIES, INC. PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY REVOCATION ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that: 1. On 3 February 2015, CHEMREZ TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (CHEMREZ) filed a Petition for Voluntary Revocation of its Registration and Permit Sell Securities to the Public dated 20 November 2006. 2. CHEMREZ cited the following as basis for its Petition: a. It has already been delisted from the Philippine Stock Exchange on 6 January 2015; and b. At present, Chemrez has 87 stockholders, with only 77 holding at least 100 shares. 3. In its meeting on 23 April 2015, the Commission En Banc resolved to GRANT CHEMREZ's Petition and ordered that the registration of its securities be revoked. The Commission En Banc likewise resolved to GRANT the company's request for exemption from complying with the reportorial requirements under Section 17.2 of the Securities Regulation Code. EATCcI Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in said meeting, the company's Registration of Securities/Permit to Sell Securities is hereby REVOKED. The company is also relieved from complying with its reportorial obligations under Section 17.2 of the Securities Regulation Code. This relief shall remain valid provided none of the circumstances under Section 17.2 shall be present. Let a Copy of this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
