May 9, 2019 SEC-MSRD ORDER NO. 16, S. 2019 IN THE MATTER OF: SPLASH CORPORATION PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY REVOCATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES AND CERTIFICATE OF PERMIT TO OFFER SECURITIES FOR SALE ORDER OF REVOCATION Splash Corporation was registered with this Commission on 30 September 1991 with SEC Registration No. ASO91196206. On 06 November 2007, this Commission issued (a) an Order of Registration covering 746,160,357 shares and (b) a Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities authorizing the sale of said shares. In filing its Petition for Voluntary Revocation of Registration of Securities and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities, the following were submitted by the company in accordance with the provision of SRC Rule 13.2: 1. A verified petition filed with the Commission; 2. A certification under oath by the corporate secretary that majority of the Board of Directors approved the filing for the voluntary revocation of the company's registration of securities; 3. A list of stockholders indicating their respective shareholdings. As of 05 November 2018, the company has ten (10) stockholders; 4. A Notice of Filing of Petition for Voluntary Revocation of Registration of Securities and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities has been published by the company with Business Mirror on 11 April 2019. To date no party has come forward to oppose the petition of the company; CAIHTE 5. The filing fee have been paid on 26 November 2018 as evidenced by Official Receipt No. 1729933. In its meeting held on 07 May 2019, the Commission En Banc resolved to GRANT the Petition for Voluntary Revocation and DISCHARGE from its reporting obligations under Section 17.2 and Section 20 of the Securities Regulation Code considering that the petition and the documents attached thereto are complete and that no party stood to suffer any damage from the revocation. Let this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines and on the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
