Relative thereto, this Department has received queries on whether the said SEC MC No. 28, S. of 2020 covers and applies to the Department's regulated and supervised corporations. The answer is in the AFFIRMATIVE. Thus, COMPLIANCE THERETO IS HEREBY ENJOINED. Please be informed though that the deadline for submission of the forms/notices, without penalty has been extended to FEBRUARY 22, 2021 as contained in its Notice dated 28 December 2020. The online submission (via [emailprotected] ) of forms/notices must be done on or before the abovementioned deadline, while the filing of the hard copies (May be done via submission/appointment to ICTD-ERMD Receiving Unit, utilization of courier services or PhilPost) of the said forms/notices shall be optional.
