REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES (UNSECURED FIXED-RATE PESO RETAIL BONDS) NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on September 4, 2014 a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by FILINVEST LAND, INC. for the registration and issuance of P5,000,000,000.00 worth of unsecured fixed-rate Peso-denominated retail bonds at an issue price of 100.00% of face value with an oversubscription option of P2,000,000.000.00 (the "Bonds").
