REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on 15 April 2014, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Cebu Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") for the registration of up to P5 Billion in aggregate principal amount of Seven Year Fixed Rate Bonds due 2021 to be issued in one or more tranches under a shelf registration program. The initial issuance has a total amount of P3 Billion with an oversubscription option.
