2020 SEC MSRD TO : Philippine Stock Exchange and All Publicly-Listed Companies FOR : Filing of Structured Reports, Current Reports and Communications with the Securities and Exchange Commission NOTICE In light of the pronouncement of the Office of the President placing the entire region of Luzon in an "enhanced community quarantine" for the purpose of containing the threats of COVID-19 virus through maintenance of stringent social distancing measures, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission"), through the Markets and Securities Regulation Department, is hereby directing all Publicly Listed Companies ("PLC") to file their respective Structured and Current Reports ("Reports") by uploading the same through the PSE EDGE in accordance with the relevant PSE Rules and Procedures. All reports filed with the PSE EDGE during the effective period shall be considered as having been filed with the Commission. The Commission reserves the right to require the PLCs to submit a copy to the SEC at a later time as may be necessary. The Commission shall also make the proper arrangement with PSE for the latter to furnish the Commission with the reports filed in the PSE EDGE. For other communications, PLCs shall direct them to [emailprotected] . The PLCs are also advised to visit the SEC's website www.sec.gov.ph , for further notices and other pronouncements that relate to them amid the threats of the COVID-19 virus. This notice and the directives herein shall take effect beginning 17 March 2020 and shall be followed until further notice. Please be guided accordingly.
