REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES (PREFERRED SHARES) NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on 28 August 2019, a sworn Amended Registration Statement ("RS") has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") for and on behalf of P-H-O-E-N-I-X PETROLEUM PHILIPPINES, INC. (the "Corporation") for the proposed registration of the Fourth Series of the cumulative, non-voting, non-participating, non-convertible peso denominated redeemable preferred shares of up to Seven Million (7,000,000) Preferred Shares (the "Offer" ) with a par value of one peso (PhP1.00) per share pursuant to Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code. The Offer shall be comprised of a base offer of 5,000,000 Preferred Shares and an oversubscription of up to 2,000,000 Preferred Shares at an issue price of One Thousand Pesos (PhP1,000.00) per share or for a total amount of Seven Billion Pesos (PhP7,000,000,000.00) worth of Preferred Shares.
