September 20, 2022 MICROFINANCE NGO REGULATORY COUNCIL THE SECRETARIAT TO : All Accredited Microfinance NGOs SUBJECT : Survey on MF-NGO Practices on Savings Collected from Clients/Members NOTICE Pursuant to the function of the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) to institute and operationalize a system of accreditation for Microfinance NGOs that shall include sound and measurable standards of financial performance, social performance, and governance, we are inviting all accredited Microfinance NGOs to accomplish a survey on Microfinance NGO practices on savings collected from its clients/members. The survey intends to gather information regarding the following items: Collection of savings, Types of savings collected, Savings withdrawal, and Amount of savings through loan retention for 2019-2021.
