November 5, 2009 SEC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-09 TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Finality of the Mass Revocation Orders In the interest of public service and taking into consideration the recent natural calamities, the Commission resolved in its meeting on October 22, 2009 to extend by one (1) year the period within which corporations whose certificates of registration were revoked for failure to comply with the reportorial requirements to file petitions to lift the revocation order. Failure to file the Petitions to Set Aside the Order of Revocation with the Commission within the periods cited above shall render the revocation orders final and executory.
