August 31, 2010 SEC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-10 TO : All Publicly-Listed Companies SUBJECT : Briefing Re: On-Line Submission of the Corporate Governance Scorecard All publicly-listed companies are hereby enjoined to attend a briefing on the "Guidelines for On-Line Submission of Corporate Governance Scorecards". The said briefing will be conducted by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and representatives from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 8 and 15, 2010 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at a venue to be announced later.
