July 20, 1988 SEC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-88 TO : All Financing Companies SUBJECT : Submission of Quarterly Reports Pursuant to Section 18 of the Revised Rules and Regulations to implement the provisions of Republic Act No. 5980 (The Financing Company Act), as amended, all Financing Companies shall file with the Money Market Operations Department of the Commission within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each quarter following periodic reports: 1. Statement of Condition (CBP-7-26-02); 2. Statement of Income and Expenses (CBP-7-26-03); 3. Changes in Officers, Directors and Stockholders, if any (FC-Q-88-1); 4. Changes by way of roll-over or extension of new loans/credit accommodations to Directors, Officers, Stockholders and their Related Interest (DOSRI), if any, effected during the reference quarter. (FC-Q-88-2). For purposes of this requirement, the initial report shall cover the quarter ending June 30, 1988. Failure to comply with this Circular shall subject erring financing company to a fine of P200.00 for every ten (10) days of delay or less. LexLib This Circular shall take effect immediately.
