April 25, 2013 SEC MEMORANDUM FOR : The Financial Management Department (FMD) FROM : The Office of the Commission Secretary (OCS) Quoted hereunder is the excerpt from the minutes of the Commission Meeting held on September 12, 2002 which reads, to wit: "SEC RES. NO. 345, s. of 2002 RESOLVED, To henceforth only the following shall be ALLOWED and ACCEPTED by the SEC as payment of its fees and penalties: 1.) Cash; 2.) Manager/Cashier's Checks; 3.)
